Work injury thumbs

Davis Kempston was very professional and kind. He understood the career I was doing and he helped me get what I needed from my employer to get surgery on both of my thumbs. Greatest thing ever is I am back to work doing what I love !

Best Lawyer

david is a very kind and thoughtful lawyer. I have a hard time understanding sometimes, and that he did not mind .he is very patience, and dedicated to make sure you understand everything. I think he is the best.

Couldn’t ask for better service or care.

Mr. Kempston was referred to me by another attorney. When I mentioned to my QRC who I had contacted to help me with my case. She confirmed that I would be in excellent hands. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, ethical and professional attorney. Mr. Kempston always answered any concerns promptl...y and encouraged me to call with any and all concerns.

DAVE IS AWESOME!!!

I hired David Kempston to represent me in connection with a shoulder injury. He always responded promptly, even after hours, on weekends and when on vacation. Dave is a consummate professional. He is caring, dependable, effective, fast and really great to work with. I am very happy with the settlemen...t he negotiated with the work comp insurer. I would hire Dave again in a heartbeat, if the need arises.

Excellent Attorney!!!

I hired David Kempston to represent me. He is knowledgeable and does a great job explaining exactly what is going on throughout the case. He is very prompt with responding to questions. What I really liked was that he was truthful and honest and did not sugar coat things, and he genuinely cares. When... he would call to check in he would always ask how I am doing and how whatever major holiday had past was. He remembered conversations that we had, had not relating to the case, and always asked about them, I would highly recommend him to any family or friend!
