Great Experience!

Between dealing with my injury, trying to find a job, and wrestling my insurance from a hail storm, David helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders. There were a lot of things, and terms, that I did not understand, and I found myself struggling with the adjuster. After I retained David, all of m...y concerns were alleviated. All my questions were answered in terms that I could understand. He called frequently to see how I was doing, and kept me informed on the progression of my case. Overall I am glad that David was referred to me, and I would be more than happy to refer his council to anyone.

Great Lawyer, Great Results

My call to David, turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. From my first visit with David, I knew I was getting an attorney who was very professional and caring. He explained what he could do for me in a very understandable conversation. My case was an older injury through two dif...ferent insurance companies so needless to say, they were not playing nice. David and his team did an excellent job and got my case resolved with the insurance companies agreeing to everything we had requested. I would recommend David and his team to anyone that is tired of fighting with unresponsive insurance companies when it comes to your workers comp medical claims. Thank You David. Kurt

Excellent job on 2 cases

David was referred to me by 2 of my clients. They said that due to the complex nature of my case with 2 different companies and 2 different insurance companies he would do an excellent job for me. After my consultation with him I agreed and I did hire him. He was very thorough in all of his explanati...ons along the way and very effective with getting things done in a timely manner. Due to his success with my first case I had the unfortunate circumstances to need him again and he performed his job and got the job done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

Masterful, Competent, Successful

Pick a lawyer with a stellar reputation, who has mastery in his practice, and stands for you: Mr. Kempston. I’m glad he was on my side! For a year and a half after a workers comp claim, I tried to work with the insurance company. They kept thwarting me, making excuses, making new reasons why they ...weren't paying me. I called the State and they intervened on my behalf several times. I wasn't asking for anything but to have my chiropractic bills paid for. I was being reasonable. But I was frustrated by my experience, their red tape, their avoidance of responsibility. Plus I found the injury worse than I thought, and it affected my ability to stand for long periods, which jeopardized my job options. I found a vocational rehab counselor to work with me. After reviewing my case, she let me know that, by law, I could get other compensation for workers’ comp rather than just chiropractic treatment. I had not known that. She referred me to DAVID KEMPSTON saying he was THE BEST WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAWYER IN THE STATE and she liked working with him. When negotiating with insurance companies (or other lawyers), they look at your lawyer’s record of won/lost cases, trial results, and compensation awarded. They use that information to determine their strategy, their willingness to pay, what they offer, how they “play ball”. With Mr. Kempston’s stellar reputation, the whole game changed once I started working with him. Besides it being a relief that I didn’t have to talk with the insurance company any more — which was always frustrating in their merry-go-round dance of excuses — they responded quicker and much, much fairer because of Mr. Kempston. They then paid for medical visits for my knee and lower back, for testing, for finding out I had suffered some permanent damage from the incident. These issues have kept me from doing the same kind of job I did before the incident. THE UPSHOT IS I HAVE BEEN AWARDED A SUBSTANTIAL SETTLEMENT THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN BY MYSELF. Mr. Kempston negotiated on my behalf, asked for things I would never have thought to ask for — because I don’t know the law and wouldn’t have known to ask for them, and has protected me now and in the future. While I received the settlement, the case still is open in case of further knee and lower back issues, so he protected me for the future also. I found Mr. Kempston amazingly quick in responding to my emails or calls, having the ability to deal with all the details and keep track of them, having the guts and wherewithal to stand up to the other company, and to negotiate competently. While the process hasn’t been fun, it’s been easy for me once Mr. Kempston stepped in, and the results were amazingly fruitful for me. I’m glad he was on my side. I’m sure the insurance company now wished they’d just paid for the chiropractic bills they agreed to, then reneged on. It would’ve cost them much, much, much less money. PICK A LAWYER WITH A STELLAR REPUTATION, WHO HAS MASTERY IN HIS PRACTICE, AND STANDS FOR YOU: MR. KEMPSTON.
