Super lawyer

David from the very first initial contact took care of anything that may have came up. Returned phone calls and emails right away, every time I had a worry he explained things in a way I could fully understand. He still fights for my rights today even though the case has been resolved. Awsome

I was injuries at the same employer twice within 2 years, I hired him after the second injury. It was a hard case for him but he still took it on and won the case.

Exceptional Attorney

After contacting his office, Mr. Kempston met with me to review my situation relating to a work injury. Attentive & Professional

David Kempston was always there if I needed him to answer any questions I had about my case and he would always respond back right away. He fought for my rights and got me my settlement. He always made sure you knew what was happening, either by phone call or emails.
