Simply amazing

I hired David for a workers compensation claim. This was the first time I had ever needed a lawyer and upon our first conversation I could tell he was honest and caring. He took the time to walk through every step. He was extremely professional and was right there when you had a question. Thank... you.

Workmans comp

David did an excellent job keeping me up to date on everything. He even took care of issues while on vacation. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a great lawyer, give David a call.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

David and his team are wonderful!! No words can come close to expressing my gratitude I have for David Kempston. From my first initinal phone call, I knew I was in good hands. David makes you feel extremely comfortable making it very easy to talk with him and he represents you with the highest levels... of professionalism. If I had a question no matter the time or day I had a reply within 20 minutes at the very most! I always knew what was going on with my case and if i didn't understand something, he would explain it until I did! David Kempston is a excellent Work Comp attorney!!

Super lawyer

David from the very first initial contact took care of anything that may have came up. Returned phone calls and emails right away, every time I had a worry he explained things in a way I could fully understand. He still fights for my rights today even though the case has been resolved. I have recomme...nded David many times and will continue doing so.

Exceptional Attorney

After contacting his office, Mr. Kempston met with me to review my situation relating to a work injury. He gave me recommendations as to what I should do first and could call him back if I decided to have him represent me. There was no pressure or charge for this consultation. I did return to his of...fice and so glad I did. He explained each step in detail. He responds promptly to phone calls and emails. Mr. Kemptson is an exceptional attorney. My legal matter was handled timely and professional. Mr. Kempston resolved my matter with the best possible outcome. Contact Mr. Kempston to represent you and you will be glad you did.
