My work comp lawyer

I work for a company for 13 years was injured and after I went my separate way they were refusing to continue treatment for the injury I sustained well employees for them. David help me when my case so I could continue the treatment necessary.

Best Work Comp Attorney

David tried my case two times and won both times. He is extremely knowledgeable in work comp and was always available to answer my questions. Having David as an attorney made the process seem less scary and I was confident in his ability to win my case.

Review for David Kempston

David has been my work comp attorney for years. He has got surgery approved for me that I needed for a back injury. He also represented me to obtain a settlement for my injury. He also helped with getting me connected with a disability attorney to apply for disability benefits. I would highly recomm...end David. With out David representing me I don't think work comp would have approved many of the medical things I have needed for my injury.

Exceptional

David was such a pleasure to work with. We had been recommended by a family friend to seek legal guidance on a claim that we had been working through as a result of an injury. The entire situation before meeting with David was stressful and completely new to us – we didn’t know how anything work...ed or what we needed to do. After our first meeting with David my husband and I both felt relieved to know we have someone who is confident in the work he does, understands the laws on both sides of the parties and had our best interests in mind. There was never a time where we did not feel as if David was doing all he could do to make sure we were treated fairly and that every aspect of our situation was looked at. The amount of details and work he and his team did on our behalf made this process for us simply stress free! He was also very clear and honest in his communications to us throughout the entire process and was always reachable whether it be through telephone call or email – we always knew we would get a response back within a timely manner. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for attorney services. He again provided us with a stress free experience, great service and a positive outcome.
