David Brian Kempston

From the initial consultation to the signing of the settlement papers i was at complete ease. What i mean by that is that i was kept informed of everything that was happening whether by email,phone conversation or a letter in the mail. If there was a decision to be made or something i needed to get... for him he would explain why and how it would help the case. For example before the deposition he brought me in a half hour early to explain to me what kind of questions to expect and how keeping your answer short and to the point helps move the process along. Not only did he keep me well informed but he made himself available to me if i had questions whether during or after business hours or even on the weekends by phone or email. He was professinal, caring with some humor thrown in to keep me at ease. There was a time during the process where Mr Kempston helped not only me but my family out when we really needed it the most. That meant alot to me because it showed yes he wants to win the case but he really does care about his clients. I am not saying that other lawyers dont care and i hope they do but if i had to do it all over again i would take Mr Kempston anyday. I would and have recomended Mr Kempston to other people. To sum it up there was never a point where i felt i didnt know what was going on. Even if he had a meeting with a person that had to do with the case he would write me a letter telling me what was said at that meeting. In my opinion that should be the definition of a well organized professional lawyer who cares and for all that i THANK him again!

Mr David Kempston conducted himself in an extremely efficient and professional matter. He always returned my phone calls and replied to my emails promptly. He sent letters and memos to update me on the status of my case. He was always pleasant with my employer's council. His dedication to me and ...his profession was exemplary.

David was terrific at explaining every part of my legal process. David new the workers compensation laws like the back of his hand. He listened to everything I said and all of my concerns. He responded to my emails any time of day and on the weekends. David cares about his clients and not the big pay... off he might get. I would recommend David 100 percent!
