A lesser lawyer would have LOST that case and my family would be split right now in two different states. Tim set that Judge straight. Think about that. That Judge has to have a Giant sized Ego at this point and the last thing on earth they want to do is admit they were wrong. That's quite the uphill battle but we're all together here because he was up to the challenge. The internet can be a negative place sometimes. Go look at the "Yelp" reviews for your favorite restaurant. Search by rating then hit it again to get the lowest ratings first....go ahead...I'll wait. Back, good. Notice how many people HATE your favorite restaurant, sad isn't it. Which is why you can't use online reviews for anything, even this one. You have to go do this in person. Go meet with Tim and you'll be happy you did.

My experience with Tim Simonson at Claussen and Hassan was exceptional. My reason for hiring Tim was because of a custody dispute. Tim was very kind and very patient with me. I had a lot of doubts and worries and anxieties throughout the entire case, which was very long. He always promptly responded... to emails and phone calls, and any questions I had. Tim is very knowledgeable, and very intelligent. He knows the law and he knows your rights and where you fall within your rights. Tim fought for my son and I and he won our case in full. I think that, when people are dealing with any type of dispute and are part of the legal system, it is hard to remember or understand the process, and the time it takes to get some kind of relief. Having an attorney like Tim who stays calm and listens to you is probably the number 1 thing a person needs to find when looking to hire an attorney. I truly believe Tim was a God send to my case. I had spoken to other attorneys before finding Tim and it seemed like they were just going to settle and not fight for what was right- they gave me no hope. The amount of gratitude I have for Tim cannot be put in words. He is a really great attorney and a genuine person.
