Tim seems knowledgable and caring when you first meet him but he shows his weaknesses in court and when making critical decisions. Tim ended up making my custody situation worse and I regret trusting him. His responsiveness is great and he'll be sure to bill you for every minute, and possibly more. I...n my opinion his hourly fee is extremely outrageous for his level of knowledge and expertise. I would not recommend Tim to anyone.

My experience with Tim Simonson at Claussen and Hassan was exceptional. My reason for hiring Tim was because of a custody dispute. Tim was very kind and very patient with me. Having an attorney like Tim who stays calm and listens to you is probably the number 1 thing a person needs to find when looking to hire an attorney. I truly believe Tim was a God send to my case. I had spoken to other attorneys before finding Tim and it seemed like they were just going to settle and not fight for what was right- they gave me no hope. The amount of gratitude I have for Tim cannot be put in words. He is a really great attorney and a genuine person.

Tim is a meticulous lawyer, always dotting the "I"s and crossing the "T"s, making sure there are no holes in the case. He is very caring and knowledgeable.
