Richard has been an amazing attorney. He took on my case at one of the hardest points and his work has been 100times better than previous attorneys. I was referred to Richard through a workplace EAP program for a traffic citation. He returned each voicemail very quickly. Ultimately, it didn't make financial sense for me to retain him and challenge the ticket, but a few conversations gave me clarity and made me feel comfortable I was making the be...st choice in an unfair situation.

Richard is all about the money and directs his clients to go against court orders which could put you at risk of getting in trouble with the courts. He will lie to proof his case and cover up his lies. Instead of being an honest lawyer and directing his clients to do what is right, he rather make fam...ilies suffer to benefit himself. I would go with a lawyer who is going to be open, honest and at least TRY to keep things civil for the sake of ALL who is involved. He loves the drama and any lawyer who loves to make things worse for his clients and all who are involved (even children) should not be lawyer. He would rather destroy in innocent father than help resolve civil matters the right way.

Where do I start? I hired Richard almost 2 years ago and I had no idea what to expect with a custody battle. I wish these custody battles upon no one. They are an emotionally roller coaster. Richard kept me in the loop on everything and explained to me everything that was happening or could happen. H...e listened to all my cares and concerns and if he wasn't available anyone in the office would help out as well. I started this ride with Richard by only getting 1.5 hours at the mothers convenience at her house then 4 hours at my parents to 8 hours on my days off. We continued to fight for more time and for the best interest of my daughter. After 2 years of court and mediation my daughters mother and I couldn't agree on anything so we left it in the judges hands. I felt confident about because of all the time and effort Richard and his team put in. As of July 15th of 2019 I got almost 50/50 custody and child support dropped substantially .
