Timothy Jon Simonson

I had originally hired Mr. Simonson to represent me during the hearing of an Order For Protection against my, then, husband. I quickly recognized Tim’s knowledge with the family court system and decided to stay with him to file my divorce. That was the best decision I made. My divorce took over a ...year with countless hearings, court appearances and other court ordered meetings. The divorce went to trial and with Tim’s efficiency, confidence and excellent communication I knew I was being well taken care of. No matter what the outcome I would have been satisfied because I knew that I was a priority to Tim and he gave me 110%, all of the time. As it ended up, the ruling was in my favor and who else do I have to give the credit to but Tim. He had to meet with a few of my closest friends that were witnesses in the hearing. Every single one of them was as impressed with him as I was with the whole experience. After all I just shared; you can imagine the invoices I managed to accumulate. I think whenever you receive an invoice from an attorney it reads as intimidating, it did for me at least. Tim and I worked together so that we were both comfortable with the charges and payments. He was always very open and empathetic to my concerns which resulted in what I felt was an extremely fair price for the services he provided. Mr. Simonson would come highly recommended from me.
