I’m a husband, a dad, a reader, a business owner, and, yes, a lawyer. I work with families and entrepreneurs who want to protect what matters most: their loved ones and the businesses they’ve built.
When people ask how I got into estate planning and business law, I tell them it all goes back to my grandfather. His estate plan helped pay for my education and set me on this path. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that trust he set up did more than pay tuition, it created opportunity. It made a difference. And that’s what I want to do for my clients: create plans that give peace of mind, avoid unnecessary complications, and actually work when it counts.
My Approach
Legal planning shouldn’t feel intimidating. I’ve built my practice to be approachable, efficient, and tailored to your goals. Whether you're preparing your estate plan or navigating the ins and outs of running a business, my job is to make sure you understand your options in plain English, not legal jargon. I want you to feel confident and clear every step of the way.
I use modern tools like digital document signing, online scheduling, and a secure client portal to make things as smooth as possible. But I also know not everyone wants to “go digital,” so we’ll work in whatever way fits your style. The important thing is that you get what you need, with as little stress as possible.
Who I Work With
I work with people who are in that phase of life where they’re juggling a lot: raising kids, running a business, managing finances, maybe helping aging parents, too. They’re smart, responsible, and care deeply about doing the right thing… they just don’t have the time or desire to become legal experts. That’s where I come in.
Some clients come to me for a fresh start. Maybe they’ve never done an estate plan or are just starting a business. Others already have something in place but want to make sure it’s still working for their current life. Either way, we’ll meet you where you are and get you where you need to be.
A Little Bit About Me
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my family or nose-deep in a book. I’m on a personal quest to read at least 52 books a year—everything from legal thrillers to business strategy to historical fiction. If you’ve got a great book recommendation, I’d love to hear it.

Excellent Attorney In Every Way
I have known Andrew Ayers for fifteen years and recommend him highly, without reservations. He has handled two matters for me: a divorce, and my will. There are two main criteria for choosing an attorney: competence and temperament. Andrew brings the best of both. Competence. He’s the best. Sm...
"Andrew is a very smart, experienced business and estate planning lawyer, who will listen to all of your questions and set out a strategy specifically for you. I endorse this lawyer."
"Mr. Ayers has the knowledge to show business owners the entire picture. Instead of just trading a stack of paper for a check, he will walk you through every step from forming the business to passing it to the next generation. Highly recommend calling him for planning advice for your business or your estate."
"I endorse this lawyer. We serve as part of the same ABA community and he is thoughtful, respectful and conscientious. I recommend him."
"I have referred several clients to Andrew over the last few years. Each one of them has called me back to thank me for the referral. Andrew is an excellent attorney, knowledgeable, and does great work for his clients."
"Andrew is a good smart young lawyer who has a lot of experience helping business owners get to the next level. You may have tried on of those "do it yourself" websites to get you started on your small business, but now you have questions because this is more complicated than it seems! Call Andrew!"
"I endorse Andrew Ayers. I have known Andrew for over ten years. He is a fine young attorney: hard working, knowledgeable, highly ethical and smart. He gives his clients one hundred percent (100%)."
