Jay is a nice Guy But I am not satisfied with what I ended up for The county didn't have any proof But I could have done as well by my self Some lawyers get right in their and should have the knowledge But this wasn't the case The recording had a blank spot where you can tell it was messed with alon...g with the county lied They county along with J handed me a stack of papers and told me to pick out my sentence I told Jay I didn't like any of it he told me to take the lesser which still hurt me for the rest of my life. All I can say is I was not happy with Jay

I've never in my life felt compelled to write a review, that being said Jason Rolloff came recommended by another attorney who was to busy to take on my case. Hiring him was the biggest mistake I ever made...getting a straight answer was like pulling teeth. Not only was he not proactive in my crimi...nal case, he belittled me and kept me out of the look on my own case. I went in thinking this was a slam dunk. I was wrong. 4 months in fired him due to lack of engagement or progress. I felt like I was throwing money at the problem and needed to get out before it got worse. Needless to say, I moved on to another attorney and was happy I did. No telling what would have happened had I stayed with Mr. Rolloff. I paid him for the hours he put in and that will be the last time we do business together.

My daughter and I retained Jay after contacting him about a pending arraignment. Jay didn't promise us the world, but guided us in being prepared and calming us down. He made both my daughter and myself comfortable and explained the process throughly. Even in emailing late at night and on weekends wi...th questions, Jay immediately responded. I would highly recommend Jay. We had a very favorable outcome and through it all he was thoughtful and insightful and ultimately did an excellent job representing my daughter.

Very bad lawyer. He doesn't know anything in his field. I used him as my attorney and he never had answers for my questions, nor any recommendations other than what could be the shortest route to get the case closed. Sorry, but I will not recommend him. Waste of money. ITS YOUR LIFE!! Make sure you... get the best guy.
