Positive

I had Jay with me on a case with a traffic violation. He took very good care of me. He was very responsive and very easily laid out my options for me That were easy to understand. Was a very good experience. It was very fair on placing. I’m very happy. I chose him to be my lawyer. 10 out of 10 would ...choose him again. 10/2025

Never hire this guy he will never do he’s job and will sell you out every single time!

Jason Roll off is the worst counsel I have ever had. He was hired through a 3rd Party TVC. I was guilty in the first conversation with MR.Rolloff. He stated the Law Enforcement had no evidence in my case, My word against his and he said that The judge was gonna find me guilty and believe the Cop befo...re me before We ever saw a court date! He also Stated that Since Trump is in office I don’t deserve my CDL because no one that don’t know how to speak English will loose the r license. I’am an American natural born and he made racist remarks. Jason Roll off also held evidence video from me until the beginning of my trial date and showed me. He was working with the cop and the court 100% and never did nothing for me. He would not file a motion if I asked he argued with me multiple times lied to me every single time I was on the phone with him. Never answered my calls and hung up on me in the middle of conversations. He seemed racist inconsistent and said That he was paid already so it didn’t matter if he did anything at all for me in my case…

Worth every penny every time.

I can't even remember how I found this lawyer. Probably because he answers his phone on weekends and in the middle of the night when every other firm is just an answering machine. I won't get into specifics but Jay took our case for such a reasonable amount of money, and we won! He is a texter so h...e always kept us in the loop and always replied to my texts. Whatever happened in his past only makes him a better attorney. Now I use him for everything!! Not that I am a career criminal, but things happen in life, like speeding tickets. I have recommended him to other people too. He is the hardest working lawyer I have ever seen.

Would Use Again Hope I Don't Have to

He really went above and beyond during my whole case. Taking time to communicate with me. Always answered my calls and texts. I trust Jay and believe that he genuinely wants to help. I would recommend him to my friends

Unreliable and not right

Mr. Rolloff in 2016 for my husbands case. He told me since the beginning it was a fairly easy case since there was almost no evidence against my husband. Since gave him an initial payment we didn’t hear from him for months and did not return calls. He rescheduled court dates over 6 times. Both prosec...utor and judge were upset with all of his rescheduling. When I was able to reach him months later he got upset – for no reason! He never fought my husband's case in fact he got sentenced to 3 months which a court appointed lawyer could have got him that sentence. He was very unprofessional, not just in his non-responsiveness and lack of actually doing the "work", but he just seemed “off”. I would never recommend him to anyone.
