Jason Matthew Rolloff

Jason Roll off is the worst counsel I have ever had. He was hired through a 3rd Party TVC. I was guilty in the first conversation with MR.Rolloff. He stated the Law Enforcement had no evidence in my case, My word against his and he said that The judge was gonna find me guilty and believe the Cop befo...re me before We ever saw a court date! He also Stated that Since Trump is in office I don’t deserve my CDL because no one that don’t know how to speak English will loose the r license. I’am an American natural born and he made racist remarks. Jason Roll off also held evidence video from me until the beginning of my trial date and showed me. He was working with the cop and the court 100% and never did nothing for me. He would not file a motion if I asked he argued with me multiple times lied to me every single time I was on the phone with him. Never answered my calls and hung up on me in the middle of conversations. He seemed racist inconsistent and said That he was paid already so it didn’t matter if he did anything at all for me in my case…

Worst mistake I ever made was calling this creep. If he approaches you beware, he was paid by Chisago county prosecutors office to intentionally loose my case. This was clear as I approached jury trial so I fired him. After waiting 40 days after firing him for my case file, found out he had withhe...ld lots of evidence from me, his own client who paid him 5 grand. Look him up on City Pages under Jason Rolloff, key words, hidden camera in thrift store changing room. City Pages was right about u Jason Lurker Rolloff, you are a bad lawyer. I only gave him 1 star cuz I can't give him zero or negative.

I hired Jay because I was scared and didn't know who to trust. My friend had him as a DUI so I reached out to him. First mistake: I didn't ask how my friends experience with him was. I didn't research him (which I hope is what you are doing now and that it is not too late). I did not question him abo...ut what type of cases he had handled and the outcome. I put my trust in him without doing any of the necessary research and I paid for it. My Advice: If it is a serious charge and one that will likely require a trial, DO NOT HIRE HIM. He does not do the work necessary to establish the facts of the case or properly provide you a defense. He was prepared to do little more than stand there. This leaves the record seriously under developed which will screw you over for review down the road. He does just enough or says just the right thing that the courts will assume that he provided competent representation. BUT HE DID NOT! Do more research, do not assume that he will take care of everything, if you do, your life will be ruined. Do not make my mistakes.
