We are 2 years deep and Rodd has fought for me every step of the way with an expert level of knowledge. He wrote an impressive brief, backed by painstaking detail, and argued it just as impressively. Rodd explained the criminal and civil legal processes very thoroughly and clearly. He was able to get the best possible outcome for my situation. Rodd is extremely knowledgeable. A pro-active outreach to close out my case also would have been nice.

I found Rodd online after I had an incident with a DWI. I had my license taken away. I had a lot of fees to pay. Rodd was able to fight my case for me and I got my kindness revocation rescinded through court which happens to less than 5% of people who have a DWI charge. I was able to get my fees back... after we won. On top of that, he was able to get the DWI dropped to a traffic violation since it was my first offense. Rodd, was able to get the 3rd degree DWI charge dismissed. And by entering a plea of guilty for DUI misdemeanor, I was able to get my driving privileges reduced to 30 days (from 12 months revocation). In addition, he was able to mitigate/eliminate some of the probationary conditions with the judge .... He was always communicative during the whole process, running things by you, and advising you on the options available and likelihood of those actions being favorable to your particular case and circumstances.
