Great defense lawyer

Wyatt helped me with my case a few years back. He was a great lawyer . He went over and beyond to make sure that everything would go smooth. I would for sure hire him again if I ever needed to again

He's good, Wyatt ⭐

Very good attorney, he is thorough. I was surprised that he watched the body cam footage and he knew everything about my case. I was impressed and he got my 5th degree/ felony dropped! I'm lucky to of found him!

Mr. Arneson saved me!

Last year I unfortunately received my first DWI. I had no priors and no idea how to handle this. I went on a website for help and a few attorneys called me wanting thousands of dollars to represent me. Then Wyatt Arneson called and he was so different. I could tell right away that he actually cared a...nd I could trust him. He had me come to his office where he reviewed my case for free. He even made a phone call to help me if I decided to represent myself. I did decide to hire him and so glad I did. He walked me through the entire process and I received a fair outcome. I know I will never get another DWI and I will forever be grateful to his kind and skilled man. Thank you Mr. Arneson!

Not only a fantastic lawyer, an impeccable person

Wyatt Arneson is a one of a kind person. Someone that truly cares about people. Being a former prosecutor and turning to defense tells you he really wants to help people. This also gives him an edge to see both sides. He also keeps his prices more than fair. The reason why I initially chose him was h...is honesty about why he charges what he does. Most DWI cases are straight forward and usually have the same outcomes. He sets proper expectations that usually turn out for the better. Which makes a person's heart soar when it comes out better than expected. The beginning of my process was pre COVID shut downs, but then went into the thick of it. Court dates pushed back and uncertainty of the sentencing was nerve racking at first. But Wyatt was always there to put me at ease and reassure me that everything was going to be alright. He was always prompt to reply to me whenever I had a question. This is something he nor anyone has dealt with or experienced. Wyatt handled everything with such grace and professionalism. I will recommend Wyatt to anyone in need of an attorney. I can not say this enough. Wyatt Arneson is one of the best people you will ever meet.

Great attorney.

Smart, easy to contact and goes the extra mile. My case was difficult with a lot that needed to be done and Wyatt took care of it all. Charged less than other attorneys I contacted. I highly recommend him.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse this lawyer. Wyatt and I have consulted on criminal cases and on civil harassment cases. I have referred cases to him with full confidence that he would take care of the people. His former work as a prosecutor makes him invaluable as a defense attorney. He also has excellent people skills to make you feel at ease and comfortable. He also has had many jury trials-many attorneys have not! Again, I would endorse Wyatt without hesitation."
