Thankful for Kristine Zajac
While every divorce and custody case seems to be uniquely challenging, ours presented many issues. We needed a lot done, quickly and I didn’t have much money to spend. I desperately wanted custody of my child, that being the only priority, and felt I was in way over my head with my ex’s Lawyer proving to be extremely difficult to work with. We contacted many attorneys who needed monumental retainers, which we couldn’t provide. These attorneys just didn’t seem to care, or understand what we were looking for. I felt pressure to pursue more custody than I wanted, and focus more on the financial aspect of the divorce, rather than custody of my child. We found Kristine Zajac and from the first email, I felt relieved. She was available to meet for a consultation quickly and we hired her firm at the first meeting. Through our time together Kristine and her team were extremely transparent with funds. They knew we were spending everything we had, and couldn’t spend more. Kristine personally worked so hard to get everything done that we needed, and even sent us a little money back of the retainer that she didn’t use. We saw detailed documentation, whenever we asked, of how and where our money was being spent. She advocated well for my complicated medical needs with the judge, and protected me from the stress of dealing with my ex’s attorney. Kristine Zajac is fast, efficient, trustworthy and who you want in your corner when you need it most. If I ever need anything in the future, there is no one else I would call. Thank you Kristine for all of your help for our family.

Grandparents visitation.
After fifteen years with constant contact with our granddaughters my son behind our backs decided to more to Florida without letting the girls even see us. He left with no forwarding address. My nine year old granddaughter was my shadow. I was referred to Kristine by our attorney and she did a great job. Replied instantly. I would highly recommend her.

Most efficient, responsive, and helpful attorney I've ever worked with
Kristine and her staff were respectful, highly responsive, and gave realistic expectations regarding the process and timelines. Most answers to questions were answered within minutes of my sending an electronic communication, and she was always transparent and to-the-point in her responses. To have my entire divorce process from start-to-finish lasting well under two months was a remarkable experience – I never thought that getting a divorce could happen so smoothly and without any hiccups. Kristine and her staff helped with literally all of the steps from filling out the paperwork, sending documents to appropriate parties, and completing the online submissions to the court. They made it so easy, which allowed me to focus on my work and other obligations without having to worry about anything at all. While I hope to never need to retain legal services again (as most people would prefer not to), there is no question in my mind that Kristine’s firm is who I would contact.

I got blindsided with a matter regarding child custody and found myself in a seemingly uphill battle. I was very emotional and reached out to Kristine and her colleague Ryan for help. They were able to see things in the case I glossed over or paid no mind, and call upon precedents to aid me in my efforts. They took the time to get the full story, piece together my response, and help me achieve my goal. They pointed out the contradictions in the Petitioner's affidavit and got my documents submitted in a timely fashion. With their hard work, I was able to retain my rights, and get additional protection of them. Though no result is guaranteed with any attorney, I'm very happy that I retained her as MY attorney. Wonderful experience
Kristine was wonderful to work with. She was efficient and quick to answer any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with her in my consultation and decided to hire her after consulting with two other family lawyers as well. She made the process as quick and painless as possible. I never wish anyone to have to go through a divorce; but I would absolutely recommend hiring Kristine if you are ever in need of a divorce attorney.

An excellent guide for a difficult situation
Kristine handled my divorce. She did an excellent job of explaining the things I needed to know and being available when I had questions. I got a better resolution than I thought I would be able to get and I credit Kristine for making that happen. I don’t wish for anybody to end up in divorce proceedings but if you do then Kristine is an excellent choice for an attorney.

Extremely Helpful
I have been using Kristine for a few years now. I originally needed help with custody and child support. Kristine listened to what I wanted to happen and talked me through what actually could be done and once we agreed on a plan she did exactly what she told me she could do. That has lead me to keep using her with everything else that has came up with my children and my ex. I have personally told people to use her for their family court issues.
