The District Court ruled in favor of unsupervised time for dad after the mot ... ion hearing. The Court of Appeals affirmed that the district court did not abuse its discretion by denying mother's request for an evidentiary hearing. The court reversed in part, however, because the District Court failed to make findings as to how the parenting-time modification served the children's best interests.
