I have stage IV breast cancer and was put on long term disability from my current employer. After a year of strong chemo and continuous significant side effects from the radiation and chemo, my disability company denied my coverage. I tried on my own to fight for the appeal to be overturned with no... success. That is when I hired Howard Bolter. While I have no problem with Mr. Bolter's demeanor, I hired Mr. Bolter for an employment law case but I don't feel I was adequately represented and that my interests were not kept at the forefront of proceedings. For example, accusations made by the adversarial parties, were not verified or investi...gated and as a result my case was dismissed.
