Employment Law

Mr. Bolter was incredibly helpful to me when seeking his counsel. He contacted me via phone first to get an overview of the situation. After doing so, I hired him to look further into my case. He was diligent about his research and was able to provide me sound advice on how to advance. I took his dir...ection each time and am very happy with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Bolter for anyone seeking counsel regarding employment law. He took great care in my situation and was able to help me quickly and successfully put my case to rest.

Review of Howard L. Bolter Unemployment Compensation Attorney

Howard was instrumental in the handling and processing of my Unemployment Compensation Appeal verses the Minnesota Department of Employment Economic Development (DEED). Lay people such as myself have very little knowledge of the procedures and processes relating to the Judaical system. Therefore, it... is imperative that one retains a knowledgeable and respectable attorney in areas of expertise relating to their specific case. Howard is that person in my eyes when it comes to any Unemployment compensation matter. Howard handled my case process beginning with the Minnesota State Applet Appeal, ruled in our favor, and through the Minnesota State Supreme Court Appeal process, initiated by DEED, in a completely skillful and professional manner. He was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns related to my case. I have the up most confidence in his professional skills and abilities. I am forever grateful that Howard handled my Employee Compensation case.

Dear Tom: Thank you for your comments. This was a special case for me as I represented you on a pro bono basis. I was very happy to help you through this process and all the way to a favorable result at the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Discrimination litigation

Howard Bolter was very helpful in my employment discrimination case. From the first day we met and discuss my possible case to the conclusion of my case. He made me feel very comfortable and trusting. He always answered my questions in a timely manor and kept me up to date in how the case was going.... Howard worked very hard to negotiate a fair and favorable settlement. I highly recommend Howard Bolter.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
