He did a great job for me

I was desperately humiliated to need a bankruptcy lawyer. David was completely non judgemental and has been very kind as well as competent. Due to my disabilities, I was physically unable to get to the court hearing. David was able to arrange for me to have a telephonic hearing which helped me tremen...dously. I am very grateful to him and recommend him to anyone needing help with the legal matters he handles.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

David took my case when no lawyer in Duluth, MN (none, zip, zilch) wanted to touch it. That speaks volumes for his ethics. David and his team made an incredibly daunting task easy and comfortable. They kept things on track, are very organized, collected needed information, were always kind to me, alw...ays explained things when I needed. I never felt judged. David and team are incredible at their work. Intelligent group of people. Highly recommend!

A great lawyer and good person!

Not only is David a great lawyer and works hard on your behalf but he cares about his clients. He goes over and beyond. Seriously! This guy will work harder for you than anyone. I know this personally... he did for my case and its 9 months later and he is still taking my questions. He is always the...re for me and my family. He is a very honest and stand-up guy. You don't need a lawyer in an expensive office. If you want a good person that will have your best interest at heart then give David a call. I have had other lawyers in the past, but none like David. You will be amazed at what he and his great staff will do for you. That's another thing you should know... This firm as an incredible staff and they are a joy to work with.

Stress reduced with the right attorney/staff

My sister actually found David's website and passed that information on to me knowing that I needed help. I spent hours reading a lot of the information that is on their site and became much more comfortable going into the bankruptcy process. I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome... in this trying situation. I'm not good at driving into the City but again, they gave excellent directions and I found their office very quickly. David is extremely knowledgeable and is a calming influence as the process proceeded. They answered my questions sometimes even before I asked them which really impressed me. They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of assistance. David also let me know that if he didn't have the answer that he would find someone to assist him. Full service Office which I really appreciated. And their website is fantastic as a resource for anyone having to consider going through the bankruptcy process! Thank You! Again, would highly recommend David and the staff!

Bankruptcy and debt lawyer | Oct 08

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Many bankruptcy lawyers are only focused on filing bankruptcy and overlook potential consumer rights claims that their clients may have. This approach is a huge disservice to their clients because it often leaves significant money on the table—money that their clients could have used to pay for the bankruptcy filing. The thing that sets Dave apart from these other bankruptcy lawyers is his willingness to explore every possible way to help his clients. When I refer people to Dave, I am confident that he will thoroughly review their situations and—in addition to helping them file bankruptcy—identify and pursue any viable consumer rights claims."

"I have known of attorney Friedman's lemon law work for years but it is his extraordinary knowledge of bankruptcy and debt relief law that most people are aware of. He's clearly top notch for both.
