A Fantastic Attorney

I contacted David and his partner Blake for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I chose to use their services based on their website. Having worked with a few law offices in the past, I was in the market for something a little different. Their website describes them as a "Boutique" law firm - a perfect descripti...on of my experience. David and Blake are very professional, yet down to earth. From the first meeting I had with them I could tell I was in good hands. They were patient and reassuring. The office was intimate and I felt like I had both attorney's full attention. When I would call they knew who I was and knew my case inside and out. There were no receptionists or legal assistants to fuss with. All my calls and emails were returned promptly. A meeting with my attorney meant just that. Working with David was a pleasure from start to finish. He provided me with excellent service and really stood by me during a stressful process. All of my legal questions were answered and I really felt like he went out of his way to help me.

Hire this Attorney!

I called David based on a recommendation and on his profile. My consumer issue was regarding a HAMP modification. He was familiar with the federal scam this program has become. He was very calm, listened well, was very knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. He wanted the best resolution for ...the situation. I will definitely refer anyone needing help with a consumer matter to David. Thanks for your help, David!

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with

Dave was great to work with, very knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease in a situation where I was unsure of the right course to take. I have already and plan to in the future refer him to anyone I know in need of services he and his firm provide.

Thumbs Way Up for Knowledgeable Bankruptcy Attorney

In 2010 it was clear I needed to make a decision to change my financial situation. I interviewed a few attorneys to understand the bankruptcy process and determine if it was right for me. I chose to move forward with bankruptcy and hired David to file on my behalf because he was experienced with bank...ruptcy cases, very knowledgeable & professional, and he took the time to answer all my questions. I was very pleased throughout the entire process. He provided clear and complete information for each step along the way, and always kept me informed. My bankruptcy was discharched. From beginning to end I trusted David, relied on him and was continually pleased with the services he provided. I have recommended and referred David to others for a variety of services and all of the people I have referred have been very pleased with David's services as well.
