Expungement

I had a large case involving multiple counties, charges, and files. I never once felt unsure of hiring Kelly and her firm. She was extremely prepared for every conversation, she was punctual, she clearly explained every step, and even explained the different branches and organizations involved. She m...ade sure I understood not just information about the expungement, but the legal systems surrounding the expungement. At the hearing she completely rebuted all challenges to my expungement confidently. I would hire her for any criminal defense, and will most likely be back in contact with her to get my gun rights re-established, as that is separate from expungement. I have already referred a friend to her. She continued to remain in contact with me after court, and ensured that all organization sealed my record after the expungement was approved. I did the work to change my life, and she made sure to clearly communicate that with the court system. Professional, personable, intelligent, strong, and empathetic.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
