Kelly Keegan: The Go-To Lawyer for Second Amendment Restoration

I recently worked with Kelly Keegan at Keegan Law Office on a second amendment restoration / gun rights case, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From our very first interaction, it was clear that Kelly is highly knowledgeable and experienced in firearm rights and restoration issues. ...She quickly identified the root cause of my indefinite background check delays, explained the history behind it, and outlined the steps needed to resolve it. Due to court scheduling, it took some time to get the initial hearing, but when an unexpected outcome occurred, Kelly didn't waver. She stayed persistent, kept me fully informed throughout the process, and continued advocating on my behalf. Her dedication ultimately led to the necessary update to my record, preventing my background checks from returning as delayed indefinitely. Kelly is a true professional and an expert in her field. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again if any other legal issues arise. I highly recommend Kelly Keegan and Keegan Law Office to anyone dealing with gun rights restoration or related matters—you won't find better representation.

Fantastic attorney!!!

I reached out to Kelly regarding my wrongful conviction for domestic violence which was preventing me from owning/possessing a fire. If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positiv...e about restoring my rights. Took a few months but the wait paid off. I now have my conceal carry and the joy of being able to purchase weapons. More importantly I get to hunt with my dad without looking over my shoulder. Would recommend Kelly if you are in a similar situation situation hands down!!!

The Legal Champion "Expertise and dedication"

Researching lawyers specific to your cause can be quite the daunting matter, however let me say with the utmost intricacy that you may never need to research any further. My case spans the course of 18 years and I have been in spontaneous contact with Kelly for 10 of them. I finally decided to dig in... and after researching previous reviews I went with Kelly for my firearm rights restoration. Kelly is one of the few individuals I have met in my lifetime that has the inclination to figure out the "why" to most scenarios, her meaningful representation is something hard to come by. I presented my case to Kelly and she really outdid herself with the fact-finding. Once Kelly was able to organize the why she was able to draft her documents with not only precision but a realization that people make mistakes and if it was simply that, a mistake, then she would go all the way to see the case through from start to finish. She is always available by email and responds promptly. I cannot stress enough how comfortable I was sitting across the table from a level of talent I could only wish to achieve one day. Anyway aspirations aside Kelly crafted extremely thorough Legal documents from the Petition to the Proposed Order, no avenues were left unarticulated. Confidence in a courtroom appearance is also key and not one time did Kelly fault. Moreover fast-forward to the results and my firearm rights that were on a lifetime ban were restored. Kelly went a step further than district court, I petitioned for a UPIN with the FBI and there were issues that came from that resulting in a denial. After consulting with Kelly a letter was drafted and the FBI fairly quickly reversed their decision which resulted in a UPIN issuance. I now have two state CCW permits and a UPIN and without her guidance and knowledge it would have been relatively unobtainable. I would hire Kelly without a second thought on any occasion, the ethic that emanates from Kelly is astounding as I highly recommend her, and her team the professionalism is epic and welcomed. Thank you Kelly for everything you do and have done!

Wouldn't choose anyone else!

My experience with Kelly, who assisted me in restoring my right to possess firearms, was truly amazing. From the beginning, Kelly's professionalism & commitment to my case were evident. What stood out the most was her in-depth knowledge of firearm-related laws and regulations, which played a pivotal ...role in achieving a favorable outcome. Throughout the process, Kelly demonstrated a keen understanding of the intricacies involved, ensuring that every legal avenue was explored to its fullest extent. Her attention to detail and thorough preparation set her apart, instilling confidence in me during what could have been a daunting ordeal. However what set Kelly apart, was her willingness to go above and beyond expectations. She showed a genuine concern for my situation. She invested the time & effort needed to address any concerns or questions I had. This level of personal commitment made a significant impact on my overall experience. In addition to her legal acumen, Kelly maintained clear and transparent communication, keeping me informed at every step of the process. This proactive approach not only fostered trust but also allowed me to actively participate and understand the progress of my case. Ultimately, the successful restoration of my right to possess firearms can be attributed to Kelly's unwavering dedication & exemplary legal skills. I am immensely grateful for her outstanding service and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.
