From Beginning to End: Professional, Caring Service

Dan clearly explained the bankruptcy process and consequences. He also explained the role each of us would play during the process. After reviewing my documentation which I brought to our introductory meeting, Dan and I concluded that bankruptcy was the best choice for me. I hired Dan on the spot!... Dan also offered me a discount due to my circumstances. We negotiated a payment plan, with Dan clearly explaining that the court related aspects of the process would not start until all his fees plus the filing fee were collected from me. What I liked is that Dan checked in with me by e-mail, phone and letter at key dates during the process. I like being consulted rather than just being told what to do. I like getting the "big picture" of what's happening -- context is important to me. Dan provided this communication promptly. Dan listens very well and is attentive, qualities that are important to me. As a result, my bankruptcy experience was calm and I was not ashamed that my life experiences brought me to bankruptcy. I can't say enough about the positive service Dan delivered to me. I would recommend Dan to anyone needing a bankruptcy lawyer. Thank you, Dan!

chapter 13

Dan Cooke made what was a painful personal decision to file bankruptcy as pleasant any experience could be. He took time to discuss everything that was going to happen, worked with my mortgage company to get a modification on my loan. I highly recommend using his services if anyone needs his help.

Very knowledgable and patient

I just finished my bankruptcy with Dan and it couldn't have went any better. We met a few times to go over different filing options and discuss if both my husband and I could file or just myself. Unfortunately it only made sense for me to file at this point, but Dan never hesitated to answer question... regarding options for my husband in the future. He was very professional and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Before the meeting of creditors we reviewed all the information again and he explained exactly how the meeting would be conducted. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone considering bankruptcy.

Confident,Trustworthy .....In A Time Of Calamity

Dan Cooke provided me with a very good understanding of what was going to take place when filing Chapter 7. I experienced his professionalism and knowledgeable explanations that kept the process running smoothly while always informing me of my rights. I felt he was very trustworthy and I remained cal...m throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him...I trust him.
