The guy you want to have in your corner.

I've had Rob Due in my corner since 2007. My divorce was messy, antagonistic and long-drawn-out. The fact that I'm not a citizen but my ex-spouse is did not help tip the scales in my favour. But Rob stuck with me through thick and thin, even during his own transition between two firms and, although m...y first attorney did try hard, the transition from him to Rob was immediately noticeable. Rob made it possible for me to obtain joint physical custody of my child, evened out my financial obligations with those of my ex-spouse, making my side considerably more bearable and creating a more equitable share of accountability between both parties. He may not always have told me what I wanted to hear, but that is also what solid counsel is all about. Thanks in part to his work, I now enjoy the ongoing relationship with my daughter that both she and I are entitled to. So, even though I'm not made of money, I continue to keep Rob on retainer to this day. The results are well worth the investment.

Job Well Done !!!

Robert Due is Top Notch !! I had a very unique divorce where my Ex wife's family got involved. Robert kept me up to date on any changes from the opposing lawyers, communicated his legal suggestions to me but more importantly wanted what was best for our 4 year old son at the time. From the start at o...ur 1st meeting you could tell Robert wanted the process to go as smooth as possible with the best possible outcome for both parties. The outcome was exactly what I was looking for. In the end my son lives with me and Robert's hard work allowed me to move on with my life. Thanks Robert for a job well done !!

Superior family law attorney!

Mr. Due is one of the best family law attorneys around. He is very well known and respected by the legal community -- including family law judges and other attorneys. I've previously hired other family law attorneys and Mr. Due is so superior to any of them. I was the primary parent of a young son a...nd lost temporary custody because of my ex's misrepresentation and the incompetence of my own lawyer. Rob turned things around in a matter of months, getting me back my son. He is amazing in court -- barely looking at notes, keeping all the facts in his head and never flustering. His court presence is impressive. He is very professional and super smart. To watch him conduct a deposition is awe-inspiring (and vindicating). He's been practicing family law so long he knows the system like the back of his hand. Whenever he predicted how things were going to go, he was right. Surprises in family court are no fun. Being one of the top attorneys, Mr. Due does not come cheap, but in family law I found that you get what you pay for, and often the stakes are too high to risk it.
