One of the Best

Mr. Due skillfully handled my divorce case with "adversaries" that did not want to play fair. He knows every lawyer and judge in the State and how to manage the process. He was well organized and prepared for every eventuality. We ended up "settling" with Mr. Due going to intellectual heroics to a...chieve an asset distribution that was much greater than my expectations--in fact, I was ready to settle, but Mr. Due counseled me to wait--which resulted in me having more assets in the end. I am very surprised to read the negative portrayals of Mr. Due. In my experience, he was empathetic, about me and my daughter, and was NOT in a panic about getting paid. I've recommended Mr. Due multiple times to acquaintances, all of whom to my knowledge have been satisfied with his work.

Review - Robert Due

Mr. Due did an amazing job representing me in my divorce and he is extremely knowlegeable regarding family law. The outcome of my case far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Due was always available to answer questions and took time to explain what to expect and what was going on with my case. It was s...o helpful to know that I had someone fighting for me during a very difficult time in which I wasn't always able to think clearly. Mr. Due was recommend to me by trusted friends in the legal industry who knew he would do a great job representing me. I would highly recommend Robert Due to anyone wanting the best representation in family law.

Excellent pre & post decree divorce attorney

Mr. Due has successfully represented me for the past 2 1/2 yrs in an ongoing pre & post decree family law dispute. He has come up against some of the top family law lawyers in the city, and has handled them with extreme expertise, poise, and professionalism, and has won every dispute! The ex has gon...e thru five law firms, and eight attorneys, battling us, and Mr. Due has successfully handled them all. I found him to be very well respected not only by the other attorneys, but by the Judges as well. VERY important in case settlements. Mr. Due is extremely smart, capable & well versed and settled all of my pre & post decree issues to my utmost satisfaction. Despite the difficult issues we faced, Mr. Due always remained calm, respectful and reassuring, while I witnessed my ex's attorneys either laughing or yelling at my ex, their own client! Despite their reputations, and sky high fees! I would highly recommend Mr. Due for anyone looking for a very fair, and reasonable family law settlement with a TOP ATTORNEY such as Mr. Due to represent them, no matter how complicated or complex the case. You can be assured you will have excellent results!

Superior family law attorney!

Mr. Due is one of the best family law attorneys around. He is very well known and respected by the legal community -- including family law judges and other attorneys. I've previously hired other family law attorneys and Mr. Due is so superior to any of them. I was the primary parent of a young son a...nd lost temporary custody because of my ex's misrepresentation and the incompetence of my own lawyer. Rob turned things around in a matter of months, getting me back my son. He is amazing in court -- barely looking at notes, keeping all the facts in his head and never flustering. His court presence is impressive. He is very professional and super smart. To watch him conduct a deposition is awe-inspiring (and vindicating). He's been practicing family law so long he knows the system like the back of his hand. Whenever he predicted how things were going to go, he was right. Surprises in family court are no fun. Being one of the top attorneys, Mr. Due does not come cheap, but in family law I found that you get what you pay for, and often the stakes are too high to risk it.

Highly recommend

I highly recommend Robert Due for family law matters. My case was long and onerous. Over the years, Mr. Due and his office kept me informed, sent reminder emails, and streamlined the process. I noticed the respect he had in the Court room and I always felt he was extremely knowledgable of the curren...t law. Knowing the legal process was being handled, I was allowed to deal with the very emotional process. I have referred Mr. Due to friends and consider him an excellent attorney.
