Mr. Due skillfully handled my divorce case with "adversaries" that did not want to play fair. He knows every lawyer and judge in the State and how to manage the process. He was well organized and prepared for every eventuality. We ended up "settling" with Mr. Due going to intellectual heroics to a...chieve an asset distribution that was much greater than my expectations--in fact, I was ready to settle, but Mr. Due counseled me to wait--which resulted in me having more assets in the end. I am very surprised to read the negative portrayals of Mr. Due. In my experience, he was empathetic, about me and my daughter, and was NOT in a panic about getting paid. Mr. Due is one of the best family law attorneys around. He is very well known and respected by the legal community -- including family law judges and other attorneys. I've previously hired other family law attorneys and Mr. Due is so superior to any of them. I was the primary parent of a young son a...nd lost temporary custody because of my ex's misrepresentation and the incompetence of my own lawyer.
