Interview other attorneys

Rob Due is pompus, condescending and lacks emotional intelligence. He might have won a few cases becuase the opposing counsel was inexperieced; but foot dragging is his specialty. If you're getting divorced you need fortitude and an attorney that cares about your entire family and the outcome, NOT t...he billable hours. It's a very emotional process and I suggest you question his integrity.

Helped to redefine my life

Robert due helped me to redefine and change the direction of my life. He was able to take all the drama out of the situation. He also was able to navigate thru very complicated business divisions. His instincts and timing of situations were incredible accurate. Rob helped me to take back my life.... His service to me and my children was invaluable.

Highly Competent Family Lawyer

Rob represented me during a lengthy, bitter divorce proceeding that spilled into a post-divorce dispute. It was a complex case, yet Rob managed the details well. He was aggressive when needed, but I always sensed that he was really seeking to find an early settlement. Expensive, but I do not belie...ve he was churning billable hours. Well-respected in the courts and by opposing attorneys.

One of the Best

Mr. Due skillfully handled my divorce case with "adversaries" that did not want to play fair. He knows every lawyer and judge in the State and how to manage the process. He was well organized and prepared for every eventuality. We ended up "settling" with Mr. Due going to intellectual heroics to a...chieve an asset distribution that was much greater than my expectations--in fact, I was ready to settle, but Mr. Due counseled me to wait--which resulted in me having more assets in the end. I am very surprised to read the negative portrayals of Mr. Due. In my experience, he was empathetic, about me and my daughter, and was NOT in a panic about getting paid. I've recommended Mr. Due multiple times to acquaintances, all of whom to my knowledge have been satisfied with his work.

Review - Robert Due

Mr. Due did an amazing job representing me in my divorce and he is extremely knowlegeable regarding family law. The outcome of my case far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Due was always available to answer questions and took time to explain what to expect and what was going on with my case. It was s...o helpful to know that I had someone fighting for me during a very difficult time in which I wasn't always able to think clearly. Mr. Due was recommend to me by trusted friends in the legal industry who knew he would do a great job representing me. I would highly recommend Robert Due to anyone wanting the best representation in family law.
