Like the cavalery, he saved me at the last moment!

I will wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Due, especially in complex divorce cases. I retained Mr. Due about a month prior to my trial. My former attorney has gotten me to almost a disaster by not being able/willing to deal with an extremely "adversarial", if not "dirty", opponent. In a very short time,... Mr. Due took charge of the depositions, preparations and filing of materials as the second lawyer, but in no time he rose to be the primary attorney, especially recognized by the presiding Judge. Mr. Due impressed me and the court with his knowledge of the law/procedures, how quickly he mustered the case, by being mindful of cost via prudent usage of associates, how brilliantly he orchestrated a series of key depositions and how artfully he managed the court proceedings. Within a few days it was clear to me that Mr. Due will represent me as the primary, if not the only lawyer. I wish to highlight his ability to simplify complex issues, his calm demeanor of counseling amid exploding emotions, his organizational skills being able to successfully orchestrate all needed for trial in about a month, his willingness to always accept calls when I needed answers or someone to listen, his wisdom and confidence which always is accompanied by his welcoming smile, all these and more distinguish Robert from others. Thank you, Rob.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
