Franz Farnush Davis

I found Franz while trying to help my daughter with a custody case a couple of years ago. It was a very complicated case involving two states. Even though he knew we may not even need to use his services in MN, he was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and giving us guidance on many ...occasions. Because of that, when it turned out we did need some help in MN he was the first person we called. He was very fair in his fees and extraordinarily kind. I don't know that anything truly makes a divorce easy or pleasant. But having a lawyer and an advocate like Franz by your side from the beginning is crucial and so valuable. He was recommended to me by a friend who has also been through family law issues with Franz. From the very first phone call, to... simply get some initial information about my situation and wishes, I think we both knew we would be a good fit for each other. Franz makes a point to let his clients understand he has no desire to create drama where there needs to be none, he wants to see situations resolve as calmly and adult as possible, and he desires clients who wish for this as well. This being said, Franz is strong, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in family law, confident and efficient. Though busy, he returns phone calls and emails as quickly as he can, often the same day, and he does not draw out correspondence any longer than need be, unless the client wishes it. His capable grasp of human emotions and psychology were impeccable, and more than a few times, he understood how to keep tensions low and the best of humanity at play in my divorce proceedings. I don't think anyone believes this is possible in a divorce lawyer, but it is in Franz Davis, and I'm not sure how I was so blessed to have him be by my side in all of this. His bills are detailed and understandable, and he lets you know at every turn, from the beginning, where you are in terms of financial obligations. I have recommended a couple people already to him, and I would continue to do so.
