I don't know that anything truly makes a divorce easy or pleasant. But having a lawyer and an advocate like Franz by your side from the beginning is crucial and so valuable. He was recommended to me by a friend who has also been through family law issues with Franz. From the very first phone call, to... simply get some initial information about my situation and wishes, I think we both knew we would be a good fit for each other. Franz makes a point to let his clients understand he has no desire to create drama where there needs to be none, he wants to see situations resolve as calmly and adult as possible, and he desires clients who wish for this as well. This being said, Franz is strong, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in family law, confident and efficient. Though busy, he returns phone calls and emails as quickly as he can, often the same day, and he does not draw out correspondence any longer than need be, unless the client wishes it. His capable grasp of human emotions and psychology were impeccable, and more than a few times, he understood how to keep tensions low and the best of humanity at play in my divorce proceedings. I don't think anyone believes this is possible in a divorce lawyer, but it is in Franz Davis, and I'm not sure how I was so blessed to have him be by my side in all of this. His bills are detailed and understandable, and he lets you know at every turn, from the beginning, where you are in terms of financial obligations. I have recommended a couple people already to him, and I would continue to do so.

Absolutely top of the line Service! From Wisconsin I saw the Google reviews from many law offices here, because my ex wife filed in Minnesota. I was a bit cautious engaging just from the reviews but I chose from many lawyers and tried Franz David. It was the best decision ever,... He went through th...e whole process , I never met him in person since the beginning to the end of my divorce. I signed agreement online, paid by credit card, ... Communicated via email, message , calls if get was not in court. And after the divorce was finalized he even mailed a check by of the balance on my deposit, more than one third of my initial depisit. I highly recommend to everyone especially leaving outside Minnesota. He is very professional, replies texts, not money hungry.... I was amazed by his service and knowledge. I Give him 5 star because it is the maximum I can give ... Sad that we can't shake hands when we meet someday because none of us know each other in person...lol

Franz did my divorce and I am very thankful I received his contact information from a friend of mine.
