I found Franz to be incredibly thoughtful and professional in his practice. Franz is smart and knowledgeable, as many attorneys are. However, what I felt from Franz was an ethical grounding that extends beyond law and practice. The reality is that divorce is hard. Unfortunately, sometimes, it can get... ugly which can encourage individuals to be the worst versions of themselves. If that happens, Franz pushes clients to fight that impulse and consider what matters most in their life and relationships. He does this with care and a temperament that seeks low conflict resolutions. I very much appreciated that about Franz and recommend him highly.

Top notch service! Franz was my second divorce attorney on my case, what a breath of fresh air. It was like day and night. Franz is brilliant, cost-effective, very responsive, strategic, organized, flexible, friendly, empathetic, and provided all options including best and worst-case scenarios. It is... clear that he is an experienced lawyer, who is ethical, demonstrates integrity, and he is very professional. He comes prepared to court, speaks eloquently, and is charismatic. He is very matter-of-fact, focused, and provides sound advice. My ex was deliberately uncooperative, so what I appreciated the most, Franz refused to waste my money on unnecessary court proceedings, trial, or mediation. In addition, Franz convinced the judge to award some of my attorney fees, since my ex was disobliging. There is no way, I would have had the same results with the previous attorney. I am so thankful, to have found Franz. Don't make the same mistake I did, by wasting money on an attorney who could not move my case forward, and cost me money instead of getting results. I wish I would have found Franz first.

Absolutely top of the line Service! From Wisconsin I saw the Google reviews from many law offices here, because my ex wife filed in Minnesota. I was a bit cautious engaging just from the reviews but I chose from many lawyers and tried Franz David. It was the best decision ever,... He went through th...e whole process , I never met him in person since the beginning to the end of my divorce. I signed agreement online, paid by credit card, ... Communicated via email, message , calls if get was not in court. And after the divorce was finalized he even mailed a check by of the balance on my deposit, more than one third of my initial depisit. I highly recommend to everyone especially leaving outside Minnesota. He is very professional, replies texts, not money hungry.... I was amazed by his service and knowledge. I Give him 5 star because it is the maximum I can give ... Sad that we can't shake hands when we meet someday because none of us know each other in person...lol
