Not a TRIAL LAWYER. Andrew continuously continued my court date for no reason. He was informed that I had no intentions of a deal and wanted to go to trial. Andrew never once asked 1 question about the case in 10months and admitted he wasn't prepared for a trial because he planned on the second party... not showing up at all. 2 days before trialdate andrew still didn't have any correct information about the case that he was sent numerous times and even notified to correct his information. Andrew only met once in person and that was to get paid . We never met once for trial prep, witness prep to go over evidence etc. He was very intimidated by the prosecutor and became upset when I told him I didn't want to take a deal. Andrew stated to me if I wanted to go to trial I may want to find another lawyer. He was unprepared not ready for trial and did nothing for 10 months. Every witness or party to this case that spoke with Andrew also felt the same not listening and unprepared I could not move forward and risk a trial with a lawyer of this nature. If or when confronted with concerns he become defensive and will cuss at you. We had a 10min chat on Zoom 2 days prior to my trial where no prepping was done, no evidence was gone over , no witnesses were prepped and no offer was relayed. HE WAS NO PREPARED!Lastly he was suppose to find out info and relay it which I found out he got the info but failed to relay it. If your planning for a trial this isn't your guy

I retained Andrew Irlbeck for two separate cases. The first case was a business matter, which he did such a good job with and gained my trust so completely that when I was charged with a DWI, I immediately called Andrew again. Unfortunately, this is not the first lawyer I have needed to hire to r...epresent me in criminal matters. I have hired three different lawyers for three separate cases previously and Andrew is the best lawyer I have worked with. He always responds immediately when I have questions and it seems like he actually cares about my case. He has already taken care of issues that previous lawyers left for me to handle. I can not recommend Andrew enough.

After spending many months trying to find a competent lawyer to represent me in an extremely unethical and complicated case (spanning civil rights, criminal, family and domestic violence law), he took me on and I won the lawyer jackpot. I have never in my life felt so supported and held by such stren...gth, eloquence and competency. Of course my case was immediately dismissed. Andrew is a dream to work with for all the above reasons. Additionally, he is funny, approachable, extremely nonjudgmental, wholeheartedly ethical. Not only does he reply immediately to emails, he even answers his phone (a pleasure I'd never experienced with previous lawyers)!!! Seeing him work in the courtroom was like watching a bull in a china shop, in a good way. The court staff, the prosecutor, the DA, everyone but the judge were squirming like naughty children, fumbling, their ineptitude and questionable ethics and protocol suddenly under question. The judge clearly derived much pleasure from this and from Andrews competency. He was like a breath of fresh air in the courtroom. Andrew was able to turn something that used to cause me debilitating anxiety and stress into something, dare i say, almost enjoyable!
