We hired Nadia last September and paid for her services. Our case is very simple, all that was required was to submit the documents that were provided to her. It was problematic to contact her, she did not answer emails, calls and did call back for weeks. As a result, she completely stopped communic...
Ella, I am sorry that your husband, who was sadly the only one communicating with me, gave you such a skewed version of the truth. Your husband hired me in October 2020. We filed your case in about 2+ weeks. In term, USCIS approved your case in February 2021. This is lightening quick! USCIS then transferee your case to the National Visa Center, but decided to use the consulate where you were staying, not where you are a citizen. I told your husband via email that I have asked for the case to be transferred. He was cc-ed on every single correspondence. I never not answered his email within 48 hours. Upset at the government, your husband fired me in April this year with a rude and condescending email. I replied and have not heard back. Recently, the government sent me notices about your case again and next steps you are required to take. Seeing how you had fired me long ago, and your husband instructed me to “forget my case ever existed”, I ethically withdrew from your case. I am sorry that my response time and work product was sub par for your satisfaction. And you did not need to bring your baby into this-that was not necessary or professional.

Definitely definitely will NOT recommend to hire Nadia. This will be your worst experience. First she waisted our time (over a year) without doing anything in our case, never calls back, you can never get any answers from this office. And good luck trying to get you file to pass the new lawyer.
Irina, I am sorry that you feel this way. I think it is important to mention that your husband, not you, was my client. Second, it is really incorrect to say that I don’t return calls when I have a staff and a 24/7 answering service. I also emailed you within 48 hours per my office policy, every single time. Your husband’s case is plagued with layers of fraud and dishonesty. I have a slew of unanswered emails and contacts with you where you and your husband simply stopped communicating with us. I have a letter i sent to you withdrawing from your case. You called me and begged for me to take you back, and I now deeply regret in light of this very dishonest review. You have had and still have all contents of your file. I am sorry things were not done to your satisfaction.
