Protecting civil rights and seeking justice for clients is Matt's passion. He did so in a variety of legal settings as a Clarence Darrow Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School. Before entering private practice, Matt clerked for the Honorable Susan N. Burke in Hennepin County District Court. He grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
