Biography
I joined Atkinson Gerber Law Office after two decades of personal injury defense litigation. In other words, I worked for insurance companies for 20 years, and now I am using that experience to represent injured workers. I am certified as a civil trial specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocates. In 2010, I was honored by the invitation to join the American Board of Trial Advocates and remained an active member for 5 years. I was recognized by Minnesota Law & Politics as a Super Lawyer in 2000, and am peer-reviewed by Martindale-Hubble as AV Preeminent. I am licensed to practice before the state and federal courts in Minnesota and the state court in Wisconsin.
