Gretchen A. Hall

Gretchen Hall has devoted more than two decades to advocating for injured workers throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. She focuses her practice on helping individuals obtain the workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability benefits they deserve. Gretchen’s legal insight is strengthened by her early career experience in insurance defense, where she learned firsthand how insurers evaluate claims and determine benefit eligibility. This background allows her to anticipate challenges and build strong, evidence-based cases for her clients.

Before establishing her own practice, Gretchen gained extensive experience representing both employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and insurance-related matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk and worked with the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office, experiences that gave her a deeper understanding of courtroom procedures and client advocacy.

Gretchen earned her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List, and also holds both undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of St. Thomas. Her combined legal and business education allows her to navigate the complex financial and procedural issues that often arise in workers’ compensation cases.

A respected member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin Bar Associations, Gretchen is also active in the Ramsey County Bar Association, the Minnesota Association for Justice, and the Warren E. Burger American Inns of Court. She is committed to delivering personalized, compassionate representation and ensuring that injured workers receive the fair treatment and financial stability they need to move forward.
