In my employment law practice, I routinely see the work of workers' compensation attorneys after they've completed their cases and their clients have come to me for related representation. I had a smaller case that was turned down by other Lawyers. I was told to "go through the state" or to "represent myself" or "just foot the bill and forget about it." With the large corporations involved I was surprised at how poorly my injury was handled from the get-go. With the deadline just aro...und the corner the corporation was still denying that my injury ever took place, and my eye-witnesses were being blocked. Josh is a BEAST. I was hurt on the job and it was NOT at all handled, like you would expect or should expect a Huge well known company to handle it.
