He is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Georgia and focuses his practice on personal injury, workers compensation and insurance disputes.

A former insurance claims adjuster, Mr. Schroeder is frequently selected to arbitrate insurance disputes. An avid motorcyclist and member of the Street Legal Motorcycle Club, he represents motorcyclists on legal matters.
Mr. Schroeder lectures on Bad Faith insurance law and consumer law in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has also served as a judge for the National Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions.
Mr. Schroeder is an active member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Georgia and American trial lawyers associations. He has been selected by Who's Who in Personal Injury Law for four consecutive years from 2006 through 2010, named one of the top 40 Workers' Compensation lawyers in Minnesota, and a Super Lawyer from 2008 until 2021.
