Abandoned following giving advice where I was fraudulently misrepresented loss of quality of life

After multiple attempts, and with no response, unfortunately I need to warn others he has a fear of certain attorneys and law firms that include Evan A Nelson and Jason Lien from Maslon, James Daniel Kremer (DeWitt), Mark J Heley of Duncan Heley Melander and Brenda Sauro of Sauro and Bergstrom. Left ...me hanging as of 2020 and now I see he is running as a Judge 2024 based on signs I saw along MN242/CSAH14/MainSt in Coon Rapids. A far cry from the hot shot conspiracy theorist anti-establishmeny while playing with a gun where he lived on Centreville Rd in Little Canada,MN which was over a decade ago. Within the last year or so I see some websites showing his association with known child and domestic abusers like OLPR director Humiston and AG Ellison which is disappointing. I also in 2021 asked him for representation for a case (represented me starting 2012) in which the AAA case referee Joan Marie Quade who like Lien refused to disclose ins liability status, resulting in further ruin. Also can't rule out his role in potentially working with Cities Title employees to take my Village of New Brighton property without my consent and invoking illegal fraud to title. Since it is apparent that select attorneys like Hanson, his UND Law Buddy Evan Nelson and Humiston to engage in dishonest acts without penalty, people need to be on the lookout, too late for me. Luckily since all my communication devices have been illegally accessed and wiretapped since 2019, counterfeiting my device someone can just wipe this review which given similar actions by State of Minnesota, FBI, DOJ is devastating. I see no difference now with Mr Hansen's unprofessional actions from him and UNDLaw buds Ross Brandborg (cocaine/entrapment) , Anders Odegaard (murdered wife) and Evan Nelson (broke every OLPR rule in the book knowing Humiston who also runs the Minnesota CSB currently and has immunity to commit crime and abuse children from MN Supreme Court). Not sure of my safety knowing Nate is a gun owner, given the unfortunate actions that occured starting 2019. If he becomes elected, and if the opposing counsel is any of the attorneys and law firms listed for MN case 66CV191699 that also include additional attorneys not listed who committed misconduct Peter Tide and Juan Avila, you will be subject to likely fraud on the court as per his direct quote while in his NSP law office 2020 he is afraid of "big law".

Attorney Review

Attorney Hansen was easy to communicate with online and by telephone. He was empathetic, well informed, and open about my available options. I would hire him to represent me without any reservation.

Don't bother. Find another.

Didn't have the ability to listen, coax or understand. I was already confused on issue and how to advance my problem, but because of the complexity, or even simplicity of the issue, a person needs to be heard without being cut off or being demeaned. Behaving condescending doesn't help either. Ama...zing how we forget where we came from. Much needed lessons in humility are needed here. If he was too busy, then a polite answer would suffice. If he was interested then a lawyer would politely listen and help a potential customer by asking the right questions instead of assuming a layman should know exactly what they're facing in the legal realm. I surely didn't. Any help would be much appreciated. Isn't that what attorneys do? Help? Don't bother. Find another.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
