Stephen received his Juris Doctor from University of North Dakota School of Law. Stephen was admitted in 1996 to the Minnesota Courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. In 1997, he was admitted to North Dakota Courts and in 1998 to Us District Courts, District of North Dakota. Stephen is part of the Sixth District Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Stephen is a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist. He received that Honor from the American Board of Certification, a nonprofit organization sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and Commercial Law League of America and accredited by both the American Bar Association and Minnesota State Board of Legal Certification.

chapter 13 and chapter 7 case's
Steve was very responsive to my case and handled most all items in a timely matter. He converted a chpter 13 to a 7 for me and it seems that there are now a couple items that should of been updated and corrected. The mager item is there were leins on auto that were about 80-90% paid off and no lein r...
