Great lawyer! Nice Guy!
I was so lucky to find Brian. My bankruptcy situation was very complex. I had been turned down by several lawyers and was getting closer to the court date when Brian agreed to help me. He was so kind and quick to understand all the details that related to my situation. Brian was supportive and he kept me focused on the big picture. In the weeks we worked together, he solved years of tangled up circumstances. I am now able to close that chapter of my life and move ahead. Great Attorney
I would definitely recommend Mr. Brian Kidwell as a attorney for Bankruptcy. Before I new about Brian I hired a different Lawyer from Rochester that charged way to much and did not do a good job at all. I started looking around for a different lawyer and found Brian through another law office that recommended him. Brian has been nothing but a lifesaver as he did a excellent job! Brian is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in law and the proper steps to take in any situation. Brian was very fair when it came to billing and told me that if the were any billing questions to ask. Brian put everything on the bill that he did and only charged for the time he used. Very very fair and straight forward. Again, I would definitely recommend Brian to be your choice of a lawyer! Also, Brian has been a great person to me personally and I would say he is now a friend of mine. I have called Brian since just to talk and see how he has been doing and he has done the same with me!
