If you have a family member who has been arrested, this guy could care less unless you have BIG BUCKS. He was the court-appointed attorney for my family member and was VERY unresponsive. My family member only heard from him 2x in 5 months. He talked to him for about 10 minutes in these 5 months. T...his was after leaving voice mail after voice mail, begging him to call my family member back. Ross didn't return a single phone call to any of us family members when we had questions about the process. He basically threw in the towel on my family member and treated this person as if this case wasn't important enough to him. I am sickened by his lack of professionalism. He didn't try to understand my family member's issues or needs, nor did he care. BEWARE people.
