Thomas was great to work with. He helped me successfully petition the courts to restore my 2nd amendment rights which were taken away over a decade ago as a result of some bad decisions in my early 20's. Tom is an amazing attorney. He’s well prepared, knows what he needs to do to win, and commits his effort entirely to his client. I have had Tom Wilson represent me twice in the last 6 years. Both times to clear up my past from an unfortunate night I had 20 years ago. First, a restoration of firearm... privileges and second, a Pardon. For both cases he had me fill out all the necessary information about myself including affidavits from my peers. The firearm case lasted all of five minutes and I left with my rights restored. On the pardon he had everything fully prepared so there were no surprises for either the pardon board or me at the time of the meeting. If you show up to a pardon meeting thinking you’re going to keep some information from the pardon board you’ll be sorely mistaken. The committee sees everything and asks for thorough explanation. Tom had everything laid out for them so it went as smoothly as a pardon meeting can go. Again, my pardon was granted and I am a happy customer. Especially considering only about 30% of the pardons that day were granted.
