I have successfully obtained Not Guilty verdicts at trial andpre-trial dismissals for clients facing a variety of accusations, including charges of DWI, Domestic Assault, Criminal Defamation, Theft by Swindle, Threats of Violence (Terroristic Threats), Criminal Sexual Conduct, and drugs charges. I have also successfully challenged laws at the Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court which resulted in reversals of convictions. My office is located in downtown St. Paul.
