I was in need of a lawyer for a personal suit that was filed against the University of Oshkosh. My daughter was being accused of cheating on a test, which did not happen, and the teacher wanted to give her a failing grade for the class. Based on the By-laws of the school, they were to file documentat...ion and allow her a hearing before the board within 10-days. No formal charges had been filed and my daughter was not granted a fair hearing other than the teacher failing her. I needed a lawyer within a short period of time and Peter was recommended by another source. We had an opportunity to sit down with him and discuss the matter and he was ready to take action immediately. Within a couple of days of working together and getting all of our facts laid out. He had paperwork in hand and filed an injunction against the school and with the Board of Regents to allow my daughter to continue her academic career. After a couple of weeks we were able to settle matters outside of court and won the case. One year later, my daughter has her degree and has graduated and is moving on in the medical field and will be a wonderful nurse. Peter did an absolutely fantastic job with everything with only a short time to get things prepared. He was easy to deal with, he was polite and as we got into the process, kept us up to date. He was very informed of the process and what needed to be done from a legal standpoint. There is no doubt in my mind that should I ever need something like this in the future, that I would not hesitate to call upon him. I hired Mr. Culp about 11 months ago to represent me in a most important child custody matter that is currently still going on but very near the end.
