After reading good and bad reviews, I agree with all of them BUT, the BAD outweighs the GOOD!! No matter what is happening with the child, he will believe what he wants. Beware Parents!!! He has a tendency of assuming one thing when the evidence says another which is very BAD for the kids in a lot ...of cases!! If you wants someone FAIR, find someone else. If you just want someone that returns your calls, hire him.

We have worked with three differant attorneys over the years in the area of child custody. Brian is far and away the best. I hired this attorney and he did not respond in a timely fashion, if at all, to my phone calls or requests for information. He did the minimum required to handle my case and I found out later, from other attorneys in the field, that there was much more he could have done to protect my child's intere...sts--his work was sloppy and disinterested. The worst was perhaps, towards the end of my case, when I overheard him joking in a very offensive, sarcastic, and mean-spirited manner about the child of another client.
