Confident Trial Lawyer

Jeff was very confident and had vast knowledge in our case. He went over everything, making sure we had a solid defense. He showed high confidence when it came to negotiating with the DA and stood his ground. This level of expertise only comes with years of professional experience. I would hire him ...again. He was also sincere and upfront about his fees, and made you feel cared for as a client. Although payments are necessary, he worked with us and was flexible.

First offense OWI / speeding ticket

Our son hired Attorney Kippa for a first offense OWI / speeding ticket. Attorney Kippa and his staff were very kind guiding us through the situation. We had never been through this before and were quite stressed about it.

Forever Grateful!!

I hired Jeff to defend me on a felony charge that had a maximum of 6 years and 10,000 in fines. There were 3 charges in total but this was the most concerning for me. The first time i met with Jeff he informed me that any domestic conviction would also prohibit me from possessing a firearm. He said i...t would be tough but was confident he could better my situation. I ended up with a DPA and am forever grateful that i hired him to defend my case. Jeff is very professional, but also sincerely cared not only about the outcome of the case but my future. I loved the idea of the flat rate instead of having a huge bill at the end. Whenever i had questions or there was new information regarding my case Jeff was prompt on relaying it over to me. Great defense attorney and I am forever grateful for his intelligence and work ethic. You will not be disappointed!

I would recommend without hesitation!

Jeff was amazing from start to finish. Supportive, encouraging yet realistic. Jeff's interaction with other involved professionals was strategic and nuanced. It certainly impacted our outcome. I would recommend Jeff without hesitation. I feel lucky that we happened on to him.
