Daniel Mark Norland

I first talked with Dan in Feb of 2017 and hired him within a month, he took on my case which lasted over a year. I was so scared I didn't know what to expect or what to even do. I just knew I had to stand up for my daughter and the situation at hand. I was not disappointed by his service. He ha...s wonderful interpersonal skills (very friendly and down to earth) yet knows the laws and how to "read" the court room. Dan made things so easy for me to understand that when in the court room I was constantly impressed on the way he legally worded everything. How can a lawyer be so caring and friendly yet direct and on point every step of the way in the court room? Because he is AWESOME; Dan has it all wrapped into one package! We had 4 different days in court and every day Dan did NOT disappoint, each time he was able to make the courts see and understand my view. Dan had to make some last minute decisions on my case in order to get everything into testimony. I was not even scared of the change in plans because I firmly trusted him and knew he had everything under control. Dan had my daughters and my best interest in mind at all times, way beyond his paycheck. I felt he cared and knew he was on the right side of the situation which made my experience with him feel comfortable even when I was scared out of my wits. I knew no matter the outcome he had done everything in his power to win my case. And that is EXACTLY what he did. With his attention to detail and cross examination, knowing what questions to ask, when to ask them and to what party to get the truth to come out was awesome. I would recommend Dan to ANYONE in need of an attorney. If I am ever in need again, Dan will be the first person I call. Thank you Dan for all your hard work, time, effort and help! Dan was involve on my "more than nasty 3 years long divorce". The challenges were high as my previous lawyer had things messed up. In addition we were facing an ultra feminist working as a legal advocate, ready to lie in court. Dan was very informative, never try to hide the risks to me. He was very... firm on his positions to the other party and highly appropriate to them, using his knowledge and experience as a lawyer while being able to think out of the box.
