Realtor Issue
I was referred to Nick Passe by another attorney. My husband and I were selling our home and had two purchase offers, one of which we agreed to sign but two hours before closing, we realized that that offer was not in our best interest and we declined. That same night, we signed the offer from the other party. Because we had not listed our home and did not have a realtor working with us, we were very concerned that we may have gotten ourselves into some legal issues. Nick listened carefully, asked many questions, and made a phone call to the realtor, which ended all issues that were still lingering. In that little bit of time, he took away a weeks worth of stress. He was easy to talk too and very thorough about listening to all details before coming to a conclusion in the matter. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him to handle the closing on our home.

Couldn't ask for a better lawyer.
Over the last year or so I have come to know Nick pretty well. He is a very intelligent, wise, and respectable person as well as an excellent attorney. He shoots straight and does exactly what you ask of him if not more. He has successfully helped me through a few rough times and went above and beyond when it came to his knowledge, consistency, and motivation. He gets to know you as a client and figures out how to help you best, just like every attorney should, views and carefully plans out everything that should be. Definetely hiring again if I need anything in the future. Thanks nick!

Thank you. It's not an understatement to say everyone involved (including the judges and DAs) really want you to do the best you can for yourself. If you win, everyone wins.

Contractor issue
I hired Nicholas Passe to advise me and assist me in a legal matter regarding a roofing contractor. He was very pleasant, honest, took care of my case in a very timely matter. He accomplished what I had hoped the results would be. Could not have asked for a better attorney.

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
I WON a criminal trial that's been going on for over a year and a half. I've been accused of two felony and one misdemeanor count that happened 6 years ago. It was one of those messy case where papers between the victim, police department and district attorney were either misplace, not sent, not received or lost. My previous attorney(later became a DA assistant) told me to take a plea cause i was guilty and they had my prints(i later found out that no investigation was done and they had no prints). Even with the lack of investigation by the Wisconsin HOLMEN POLICE, lack of credential witnesses, lack of evident, and a mistrial(caused from the victim), the district attorney assistant was still hungry. After getting Nick as my attorney, he went above and beyond my expectations. Did his own investigations and took all necessary pre-cautions to give me a right trial. Great attorney to work with. Very honest, knowledgeable and intelligent. Always kept me well inform weeks ahead. He stands out in front of all other attorney i would say. I felt he was not just my attorney, but also a friend. i highly recommend Mr. Passe. Thank you Nick!

Why waste your money?
If you ask Mr. Passe to return your phone call, don't expect him to. A pending criminal charge can be very important to the defendent; it clearly isn't to Mr. Passe. He "kind of" knows what he's doing, but overall is a far too expensive for a mediocre attorney. If you want the best result, get the best attorney... which is unlikely Mr. Passe.

Strategy was most expensive
He’s obviously an experienced lawyer and knowledgeable. The tactic of convincing a new client into the most expensive response, is great for a law firm. But all I wanted to do was respond with a motion to dismiss which has a chance, but if granted, not much money for the law firm. If not granted then the content of it, can be amended into a response. Which means a hearing, $$$$$. It’s better for a client to start with a motion to dismiss. All assuming u have a case. Which nick kept pushing me into a response , so it was clearl to me, I had a case. He became condescending to me, and did the old standard “ trust me”. Very old school patronizing attitude. He pushed me to tears he was so obnoxious. And obliviously did not bother to read the action filed against me for a simple quiet title on an empty lot. So if you are a person who doesn’t have thousands of dollars for a “ retainer” , but feel strongly an action filed against u has no merit based on facts, etc. don’t bother with nick. It my impression is He wants cases that will make him lots of money. And has no time for cases that could be resolved quickly.
