He’s obviously an experienced lawyer and knowledgeable. The tactic of convincing a new client into the most expensive response, is great for a law firm. I was referred to Nick Passe by another attorney. My husband and I were selling our home and had two purchase offers, one of which we agreed to sign but two hours before closing, we realized that that offer was not in our best interest and we declined. Over the last year or so I have come to know Nick pretty well. He is a very intelligent, wise, and respectable person as well as an excellent attorney. He shoots straight and does exactly what you ask of him if not more. He has successfully helped me through a few rough times and went above and bey...

"Nick is a good lawyer who analyzes cases very well and has good judgment. He is active in the legal community and asset to the bar association as well."
"Nick is uncommonly motivated to create a congenial law community. He is involved, dedicated, and volunteer-minded. His willingness to reach out to other attorneys in the community and to make practical decisions for his clients is a sterling example of the practice of law. I endorse Nick without reservation, because I know he is willing to take the time to understand and de-escalate your problem."
"Nick Passe is an excellent attorney who goes above and beyond for his clients. I endorse him without reservations."
"Nick has a fantastic reputation amongst the legal community for his effective advocacy across several areas of practice. I fully endorse this lawyer."
"Nick's common sense and plain language approach make him not only an effective adversary counsel, but also a great client adviser."
"Nick really knows his stuff. He's very smart, prepared and well regarded by everyone who's worked with or against him. I strongly recommend his services."
